Our Mission
Ballina 2023 marks 300 years since the formal establishment of the town by O’Hara, Lord Tyrawley.
To mark this milestone, a series of public events will take throughout the year, offering opportunities for the communities of Ballina to connect, to celebrate Ballina and communicate a new narrative about the town and its people.
Ballina 2023 aims to build civic pride and public engagement, and build a legacy for the future. Honouring the past, celebrating the present and inspiring hope for the future.
A year of celebration, a lifelong connection.
