Ballina 2023 Youth Programme Open Evening

As part of its legacy programme, Ballina 2023 is providing an exciting opportunity for young people aged between 18 and 24 who are from Ballina, North Mayo or West Sligo, to gain experience and training in events, music programming, radio and digital broadcast media, sports training, the arts, community leadership and youth voice.
We are hosting an informal opening evening in Ballina Arts Centre on Thursday January 26 from 6pm where young people can drop in, chat to the partners and sign up in person, if they haven’t yet.
Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with Ballina Community Radio BCRFM, the Rio Ferdinand Foundation, Macnas, Warner Music and Ballina 2023 and receive mentorship, training and accreditation as part of the programme.
The programme will particularly focus on developing capacity in:
