Tom Meskill Arts Project
Ballina Ballina, MayoRenowned Mayo based artist Tom Meskill will work with Ballina 2023 to create a magical series of hand made light sculptures that will form an installation animating a unique location in Ballina. This event is supported by The Arts Council.
