About the Conference
Climate change is the defining socio-economic force of the 21st century. The Mary Robinson Climate Conference is an inclusive multidisciplinary forum bringing together voices from all sectors of academia and society to share climate experiences and discuss pathways for a sustainable future.
The Mary Robinson Climate Conference theme for 2023 is ‘Communities Creating Change’.
The programme is designed to encourage conversations that empower and inspire communities to take positive action in the face of climate crisis.
The event has been developed in partnership between The Mary Robinson Centre, Ballina 2023, Mayo County Council and University of Galway, supported by IPB Insurance and Eirgrid.
