As part of our RISE Legacy Programme, Ballina 2023 is delighted to invite members of the Ballina and North Mayo communities to participate in a Capacity Building Workshop: “Accessing Arts Council Festival Funding” with Karl Wallace, Head of Festivals at the Arts Council of Ireland.

Karl Wallace, Head of Festivals with the Arts Council will provide an information session to those interested in applying for funding from the Arts Council of Ireland’s Festivals funding streams.
The session will take place online over Zoom and will be for Ballina-based artists, arts organisations, producers and festivals.
